


ABOUT ME
Before we speak about what I offer, let me tell you who I am.
I have 20+ years experience as a risk management expert in the financial industry. I’m also a father, coach, counsellor, author and complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) survivor.
Early childhood trauma left me unable to function in many aspects of daily human life. It impacted my personal relationships, my career and my happiness. During what originally started off as family counselling, I discovered the deeper issues at the root of these symptoms and started an 8 year therapy journey of healing.
During this journey I discovered the benefits of giving back through mindfulness work with inmates in prison as well as coaching for underprivileged women. It changed my perspective on many aspects of life, and having experienced first hand the profound benefits people had from the counselling and coaching work I was doing, I now want to share my experience with a wider audience through my coaching, counselling and public speaking.
GET 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Earlier this year (2024) I published my autobiography about healing from complex PTSD, a book that has since supported many in their own journey of self acceptance and growth.
I hold no claim to being a leading expert in this field and am always keen to constructive criticism and alternative views.

I offer transformational coaching and counselling, in which I help you understand why your current behaviour and thinking do not lead to the desired outcomes, and help you develop new approaches, uniquely attuned to your needs.
Once we have established a solid trust basis, I will prompt you to think about what drives you and will challenge your thinking where you are not being consistent. You will be surprised about how fast this process goes.

To find fulfilment and livelihood in offering transformational coaching to people who need it most, thereby leveraging my personal experience; I am good at it and it makes me happy. It’s my ikigai.
